Location: Zayed/Dokki

Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the main point of contact for a designated account, delivering exceptional customer service.
-Manage and process financial transactions and account updates.
-Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
-Assist in preparing financial reports and coordinating with banks.

Requirements:
2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
Excellent English language skills.
 strong customer-centric approach and the ability to handle international accounts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
