As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing client-business relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of services and optimizing client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
Lead contractual discussions and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with operations and information systems teams to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and analyze trade KPIs, providing data-driven insights to clients.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing accounts.
Handle contractual matters, including agreements, renewals, and proposals.
Ensure timely follow-up on payments and outstanding invoices.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG or Retail, with a strong understanding of client servicing.
Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written).
Skills:
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel preferred).
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and time management.
Customer-oriented with a flexible approach.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
