𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐬_ for readymade garments in the free zone, Alexandria is hiring the following positions:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐈𝐄) 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineering Manager to lead and optimize production efficiency across our garment factories. This role involves managing a team of industrial engineers, implementing process improvements, and ensuring continuous optimization of workflows, resource utilization, and cost control.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) team across multiple garment factories.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
* Oversee time and motion studies, line balancing, and capacity planning to optimize factory performance.
* Standardize and refine work methods to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
* Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to identify and solve operational bottlenecks.
* Analyze production data and generate reports on efficiency, cost savings, and overall performance.
* Train and mentor IE teams and production staff in best practices and new methodologies.
* Implement advanced IE tools and techniques to enhance productivity and optimize resource utilization.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* 15+ years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Expertise in work measurement, process optimization, and production planning.
* Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments and present reports to senior management.
* Proficiency in IE software, data analysis tools, and MS Office.
