About the Role:
Smart Sigma Company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with issues. You’ll troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
 Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat
 Diagnose and resolve issues
 Escalate unresolved problems to internal teams
 Document issues and follow up with clients

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree is a must
 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
