Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end Java solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop high-level product specifications and design documents.
Ensure solutions are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Perform code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Mentor team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Java Solution Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
