Job Title:Site Engineer
Reports to: Project Manager/Construction Manager

*Job Summary:*
We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage and supervise construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
3. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and identify potential issues or delays.
4. Prepare and submit reports, including progress updates, site diaries, and incident reports.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
6. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
7. Manage and maintain accurate records, including site documentation, permits, and certifications.
*Requirements:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Engineer (minimum 2 years).
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
6. Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
7. Have a car (recommended).
