Position: Office Administrator

Reports to: CEO
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the CEO in managing daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation on behalf of the CEO.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain high levels of organization and confidentiality in handling company information.
• Prepare reports, and meeting minutes as required.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication.
• Manage office supplies and ensure an efficient work environment.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring professional representation of the executive office.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•High level of attentiveness and ability to anticipate needs.
•Strong follow-up and time management skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•English language proficiency at B1 level.
•communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
