ISOS Healthcare Management Consultancy located in Alexandria is hiring an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and update the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and external business trips for the CEO.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Provide administrative support for various projects and coordinate with team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to travel.
