Human Resources Supervisor Alexandria
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a positive workplace environment by addressing conflicts and resolving disputes.
Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for improvement
Payroll & Personnel Administration:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee the maintenance of employee records, ensuring that all personal, compensation, and benefits data is up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Ensure the accurate calculation of overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related adjustments.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure the timely processing of payroll and resolve any discrepancies or concerns raised by employees.
Administer employee leave, attendance, and time-off records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in preparing and submitting any necessary reports related to payroll, tax, and benefits to management or regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: at least 7years in human resources ,with supervisory or leadership role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
