A leading restaurant management company is seeking to hire a "Senior HR Specialist" with the following requirements:
Job Summary:
Assist in providing a comprehensive HR service to the company to support the achievement of its objectives
Responsibilities:
Proficiency in dealing with HR systems, preparing attendance and departure schedules, and monthly HR reports.
Government relations: Proficiency in dealing with the Labor Office and Social Insurance.
Assist in coordinating and delivering administrative and non-administrative training programs such as new employee orientation, service and job skills training.
Maintain, evaluate and enhance administrative quality and service standards.
Understand and accurately communicate disciplinary procedures and processes within the company to others so that the correct procedure is followed at all times - Any issues should be passed on to the HR Manager
Skills and Knowledge:
Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; preferably in human resources and management.
2 to 3 years of experience in HR preferably in F&B.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
Good problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer skills.
Good knowledge of company legal issues and relevant labor law.
Effective conflict management skills.
Knowledge of government regulations related to health and safety.
Location: 90th Street - Fifth Settlement.
