Responsibilities:
Managing the help desk call to ensure that all requests are addressed in a timely manner .
Monitoring computer performance to ensure optimal response time and system uptime .
Providing first level support for end users including answering basic questions about computers or software applications .
Contact services provider to solve the issues related .
Job Requirements:
Degree computer science or any related field is preferred.
Experience at least 3 years
CCNA .
Basic MCSA.
Knowledge
Microsoft Office.
Microsoft Operating system
Good command troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge for the computer’s species و
IP Cam basic configuration.
Basic knowledge Printer services
Hand on configure unmanage routers and switches
