Account Manager
I Marketer Corporate required "Account Executive or Account Manager" for it in all over governorates depend on its expansion with the following criteria:
About the Job
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients, as well as, new clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential deals within our market segments.
• Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts through approaching and up-selling
• Ensuring that customer requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
• Help the business meet sales and revenue goals.
• Negotiation and planning for short and long-term subscriptions.
• Matching and align between all cross-functional of teams to meet clients’ expectations.
• Stays abreast of trends in the market to ensure the product's competitive position.
• Interfaces with project managers and clients to determine the product's future direction.
Job Requirements
• Excellent Communication (Verbal and listening) skills
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals
• MS office skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to multitask and change directives quickly.
