Yolo cosmetics is hiring Sales Supervisor
location : Miami , Alexandria
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Responsibilities:
Supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills.
Coordinate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor market trends and competitors to suggest improvements.
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, - preferably in the beauty industry.
Owns a car.
Holds a relevant educational qualification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
