Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Dubai, Business Bay, Full-Time, Onsite

Salary: AED7000 - AED8000

Experience Level: Junior-Level

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of both internal and external projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, product teams, developers, and clients to ensure smooth communication, task tracking, and timely delivery. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project Support:

Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task lists to ensure alignment with objectives.

Monitor progress and update Jira, Trello, or other project management tools as needed.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between product teams, developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication.

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for internal and client-facing discussions.

Respond to client queries and escalate issues to the Project Manager as necessary.

Task Tracking:

Track tasks and deliverables in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Ensure all team members are aware of deadlines and dependencies.

Reporting:

Generate project status updates and reports for Project Managers and stakeholders.

Highlight risks, delays, or potential bottlenecks in workflows.

Process Improvement:

Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Identify opportunities for improving task workflows and team collaboration.

Requirements

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a similar role or internship in project coordination or management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Jira, Trello, or other project management tools.

Basic understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
