Our client is hiring a Presales Engineer to support their services in Abu Dhabi area, focusing on designing customer solutions, collaborating closely with the UAE Sales team across various infrastructure and software range of services. Responsibilities include leading responses to POCs, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs as per customer requirements. Additionally, the role involves aiding clients in software and infrastructure design, collaborating with the in-house team to innovate and enhance the product features; thus assisting clients in maximizing productivity, performance and hence the scalability of business.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software and infrastructure with Pre-Sales design background
Bilingual IT Technology Candidates with Arabic proficiency as a native speaker ; Fluency and confidence communicating in English is a must.
Expertise in Web server environments, operating systems, Microsoft architecture, SQL, SharePoint, and Database modeling
Proven track record in technical upgrades and migration strategies
Familiarity with TCO analysis and ROI tools for financial justifications
Strong communication, presentation, and language skills in English and Arabic
Soft skills: self-starter, multi-tasker, flexible, process-driven, organized, and team player.
