Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in recruitment, within the UAE construction sector is a MUST.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Recruiter with a solid background in construction recruitment to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in recruitment within the UAE, particularly within the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the construction sector and contribute to the growth of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for construction roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Manage a pipeline of candidates for both short-term and long-term roles in construction projects
Travelling between Dubai , Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand the talent requirements of the business
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels
Prepare reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and candidate feedback
Requirements:
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, with a focus on construction roles (project managers, engineers, site supervisors, etc.)
Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and construction industry requirements
Proven ability to source, assess, and place high-quality candidates in a competitive market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
At least 5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, with a focus on construction roles (project managers, engineers, site supervisors, etc.)
Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and construction industry requirements
Proven ability to source, assess, and place high-quality candidates in a competitive market
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English is a must
