Marketing Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:
Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
o Identify target audiences and craft compelling marketing messages.
2. Content Creation & Branding:
Develop engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and emails.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts and grow audience engagement.
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
4. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
5. Event & Promotional Activities:
Plan and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
Work with external vendors, designers, and agencies when necessary.
6. Public Relations & Communications:
Develop press releases, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
Maintain relationships with media and industry influencers.
7. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
Track marketing metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in healthcare, is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
