Job Summary:
We seek a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and support daily IT operations. The ideal candidate possesses a fundamental understanding of hardware, software, and networking, coupled with a problem-solving aptitude.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and system performance anomalies.
Respond promptly to IT support tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
Support users with email, software, and application-related inquiries.
Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory.
Assist in system updates, backups, and security measures.
Key Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of experience in IT support or a comparable role.
Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email configurations, and IT security protocols.
