**Job Title:** IT Specialist

**Job Description:**
* **Responsibilities:**
* Install, configure, and manage laptops, PCs, and other systems.
* Perform daily IT support management tasks.
* Basic knowledge of AV system management is desirable.
* Coordinate with vendors and clients.
* Prepare documentation and reports.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience:**
* 2+ years of experience in IT support (Dubai or home country), preferably in the event industry or live production.
**Technical Skills:**
* Proficiency in networking, hardware troubleshooting, event software, and AV technology.
* Certifications (preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent.
**Soft Skills:**
* Strong problem-solving ability.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
