Requirements :
 Participate in strategic planning to align IT capabilities with organizational
objectives.
 Assist in preparing departmental budgets and cost estimates for planned initiatives.
 Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for IT infrastructure projects.
 Support the implementation of learning solutions such as Learning Management
Systems.
 Manage IT desktop and web-based applications to ensure seamless operation.
 Oversee helpdesk support operations and evaluate performance quality.
 Contribute to information security management and monitor information flow.
 Manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
 Supervise IT procurement processes, including PR approvals and vendor
assessments.
 Evaluate vendor performance and provide recommendations for contract renewals.
 Lead IT systems automation initiatives and support continuous improvements.
 Manage system and network integrations with internal and external systems
