We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Dubai! If you have a passion for talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and a keen eye for identifying top talent, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
 Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles across departments.
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
 Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and analytics.
 Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:
 Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
 Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
 Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
