We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager for a Facilities management company with substantial experience in managing human resources operations within the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of local labor laws, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and general HR functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and aligning HR strategies with the company's overall goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ Experience in UAE as HR Manager
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
Professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
