Position: FM Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations for all FM-related activities.
Plan and monitor PPM schedules.
Handle B2C service requests, ensuring client satisfaction and quick response times.
Prepare, review, and submit quotations for maintenance and repair services.
Maintain effective communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to service performance and quotations.
Support the operations team in resource allocation and task scheduling.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience in Facilities Management
Strong background in PPM, B2C operations, and quotation/estimation processes.
Familiarity with FM software (e.g., ERP system) is a plus.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
