LOOKING TO HIRE ESTIMATOR (Wood Joinery/ Interior Fit-out)
• Studying the enquiries received for Doors, Joinery and Furniture works in detail
• Preparing Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to be verified by the Technical Manager to ensure the correctness of quantities before preparing the cost estimation.
• Getting the updated price list for every item in the BoM from the Procurement Manager to ensure all the items are correctly priced.
• Preparing a draft estimation and discuss it with the team consisting of Technical Manager, Procurement Manager, Operations Manager, Financial Controller, and General Manager to ensure the correctness of the cost estimation for approval
• Prepare a quotation summary based on the final cost estimation and obtain the signature of the General Manager.
• Prepare the actual Cost Estimation after the contract is signed to enable the Production department and Project department to execute the works.
• Preparing Description/Speculations & Bill of Quantities for all projects
• Preparation of revised quotation as per agreed time.
• Preparation of Variations and Additional Scope as per requirements.
• Taking out the quantity from the drawings.
