Direct Sales Executive . DU Authorized Channel Partner

Are you a motivated and results-driven sales professional? We are hiring Direct Sales Executives to join a leading DU Business Channel Partner in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy team that promotes DU’s cutting-edge consumer products while enjoying competitive incentives and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell DU consumer products (mobile plans, internet services, etc.) directly to customers at kiosks or retail locations.
Proactively engage with potential customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable DU products.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DU’s product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Proven sales experience, preferably in Telecom, Banking, FMCG, or Retail.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
What We Offer:
Basic Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500 per month + Uncapped Commission & Bonuses.
