UI/UX Front End Developer and Designer

Overview

· An expert in UI design, UX design, and front-end development
· Conduct analysis and research of users’ digital interactions with the organization apps & softwares.
· Come up with UI and UX strategies based on the organization targets.
· Deliver design ideas and project plans using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
· Design graphic user interface elements, such as mobile apps, software, layout menus, tabs, buttons, input boxes and other widgets/components.
· Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches and tables).
· Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
· Help develop, maintain and adhere to style guides and web standards (e.g., fonts, colors and images).
· Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)

Requirements

· 3+ years’ experience as a front-end developer
· 3+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer
· Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, XD, and Photoshop
· Search engine optimization (SEO) proficiency.
· Demonstrate both HTML/JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
· Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages
· Experience with Bootstrap 4, flexbox and other UI libraries
· Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices
· Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using (Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.)
· A history of analyzing users’ journeys of using the organization portal and to be able to create an improved experience for users
· Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders;
· Team spirit
