LG Electronics is hiring Technical Support Engineer - TV & Media Products.

Job Description:
 Responsible for Technical Support for TVs and Media Solutions (TV, AV, Home Theaters and Monitors).
 Develop the technical instructions, and contents for Call Center Agents and service centers' technicians.
 Develop training materials and manuals for [new models, common defects, new symptoms,
and hard repair cases].
 Provide training for SVC engineers and technicians.
 Field quality issues check, analysis and report.


Job Requirements:
 Bachelor of Engineering [Mechatronics Or communication is preferred].
 Minimum 3 Years Exp.
 Analytical Skills
 Presentation skills
 V.Good English
 V.Good Ms. Office Skills
