Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support to clients, this role is for you! As a key member of our support team, you will ensure our clients' issues are resolved efficiently, contributing to their overall satisfaction and the success of our products.

What You’ll Do:
Provide timely and accurate technical support to resolve client issues.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems.
Communicate clearly and continuously with clients, providing updates on issue status.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
Monitor and analyze recurring technical issues to provide feedback for product improvement.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and FAQs to enhance self-service options.

What We’re Looking For:
 At least 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT support role (Frontline).
 Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Proficiency in understanding database management and software design principles.
 Ability to work independently, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
 A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
 A degree or relevant certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
