Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Strategy:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Automation and Performance testing.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design Automation and Performance test strategies.
Test Design and Development:
• Design and implement Automated Test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Develop performance test scripts to assess system capacity and scalability.
• Create and maintain reusable test data, test environments, and test harnesses.
Test Execution and Analysis:
• Execute automated and performance tests and report on their outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and potential issues.
• Ensure the accurate documentation and logging of defects and issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers to understand code changes and their impact on testing.
• Collaborate with other testers and the QC team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Communicate test results and findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation and performance testing.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and other team members.
Tool and Technology Management:
• Manage and maintain test automation tools and frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the testing process.
• Ensure proper integration of testing tools with CI/CD pipelines.
Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Adhere to and promote the organization's quality standards and processes.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software Quality Control, with a focus on Automation and Performance testing.
• Proficiency in using test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience with cloud-based environments and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
