Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence, build brand awareness, and engage our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, storytelling, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, graphics).
Analyze performance across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) and prepare monthly reports.
Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist from 3 : 5 years
Hands-on experience with content management, motion graphics, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or relevant field.
