What You’ll Do:
Monitor and moderate social media platforms to ensure a positive community experience
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages Identify trends, insights, and community feedback to help shape content strategies
Collaborate with the social media team to maintain brand voice and consistency
Learn the responsibilities of a Social Media Specialist, including content planning, analytics, and campaign strategy
