Full-time in Riyadh.
Technical requirements:
1- University degree in Accounting
2- Understanding of accounting/ bookkeeping basic and advance knowledge, like but not limited to:
a. Creating and maintaining chart of accounts.
b. Recording accurately double entries
c. Ability to create and maintain clear accounting policies and procedures including forms
d. Do all required audit of all transaction’s documents
e. Create & maintain effective archiving system for all financial documents
f. Ability and experience to register, track, compile, and audit zakat & tax records
g. Ability and experience in preparing, processing, and generating fundamental financial statements.
h. Keep track of , schedule payables and manage suppliers’ relations
i. Track and manage receivables accounts and support collection
j. Generate analysis reports on periodic bases.
k. Knowledge and understanding of all Saudi Local requirements related to accounts and accounting documents imposed by MOC and or GZAT.
3- Experience & knowledge of using QUICKBOOKS.
None-technical:
1- Organized, quick and responsive person.
2- Ability to professionally communicate in writing and verbally with internal and external parties effectively and in both Languages (ARABIC / ENGLISH)
3- Excellent experience in MS Excel + MS Word
4- Driving License
Single (non-married) less than 30 years old is preferred.
