Dingdong is looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh
What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Develop tailored fresh food delivery solutions for clients.
Lead sales strategies and grow market share.
Explore new client opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with supply chain for timely and accurate deliveries.
Manage and train the sales team to meet performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fresh food supply or catering.
Solid knowledge of the fresh food supply chain and retail sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team player with strong strategic thinking.
Fluent in Chinese, English, and Arabic.
Experience in hotel supplies sales is a plus.
