Job Title: Procurement Unit Head
City: Khobar
Brief Description:
• Is responsible for all agreements and contracts of RISAL’s group.
• Is responsible for negotiating with suppliers the most advantageous terms for RISAL
• Manages supply base performance against targets (quality / delivery / cost) through active supplier monitoring and cost analysis.
• Works with suppliers to ensure performance targets are attained. Establishes and tracks recovery plans to address supplier issues. Drives corrective actions with suppliers when quality, delivery, cost performance targets are not met
• Resolves discrepancies with suppliers and coordinates internally (pricing, quantity, charge-backs, returns)
• Interacts with the Operations Managers to plan and schedule monthly and annual procurement activities
• Works with Finance, Warehousing, and QA/QC to resolve supplier-related issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement preferably in industrial services
• BS or BA in a field relevant to Supply Chain, Purchasing
• Good organizational and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic language
