We are hiring PreSales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for complex sales opportunities.
Solution Design: Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Proposal Management: Lead the preparation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are addressed.
Technical Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts to showcase the value of our solutions.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and vendor technical decision-makers.
Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to the sales team to enhance their understanding of our solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Presales Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic, Computer, or Telecommunication Engineering as major, MBA is a Plus.
Experience:
8+ years of experience in presales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in managing large-scale projects and client portfolios.
Proven track record in the telecommunications or IT industry.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in network, cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data center facility.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and strategic thinking.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills:
Ability and experience in network planning and design, complete POC configuration and demonstration of products and solutions.
