• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• 0-1 years of experience.
Technical Skills
• Basic Linux OS (Redhat - Centos - Rocky) implementation/administration.
• Knowledge of SQL and preferred to have hands on either Oracle PL/SQL or Postgres pgPLSQL.
• Basic DB Administration for Oracle and Postgres.
• Basic Knowledge & experience of web architectures and web services (HTTP, JSON, XML, etc..).
• Basic Knowledge of Apache platforms like HTTP Server, Tomcat.
• Experience with continuous integration & deployment tools, like GIT, Jenkins, Maven.
• Basic Experience with networks and network connectivity trouble shooting and OS Routing tables.
• Basic Experience SSL certificates and SSL handshake trouble shooting.
Responsibilities
• Deploying, Operating & Monitoring linux operating systems.
• Backup activities on Apache components(axis, httpd, tomcat...etc.) and databases.
• Installation activities including components, libraries, agents...etc. and solving all incompatibility problems.
• Acting as on-call support 24x7 for any problems escalating out of working hours according to on-call schedule.
• Working with other technical teams and customers to solve technical problems if needed.
• Isolate server and network issues rapidly and perform basic troubleshooting.

• Good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) a must.
