Qualifications

Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Requirements
Strong background in Information Technology
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus
