Your Role
it’s your job to lead a team to deliver unparalleled interior architectural projects. Leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.
What you will do !!
- Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with
Structural, MEP/FP, Lighting, and AV/Acoustical Designers
- Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and
building and permitting officials
- Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design
challenges
- Maintain project manual and specifications
Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during
construction.
Salaries:
Starting from 4000 To 6000 Packages
Requirements:
1- Knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works Such as restaurants, Shops and office.
2- Ability to understand concept of design.
3- Ability to communicate with clients.
4- Understanding of plans.
5- Knowledge about materials.
6- Valid Driver License
