Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our company(Arabic Environment). The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to our employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain network systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Manage IT tickets and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure system security by updating and maintaining antivirus software.
Provide training and technical guidance to users as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking, and IT hardware.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
