End-User support: Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 Portal: User Creation and management, Exchange online administration, licenses portal
Networking: Troubleshooting of end-points network related issues, knowledge of firewall configurations/policies, switches, routers, APs, and other network appliances.
Licenses and Products: being able to compare and recommend products based on proposals and details specification sheets.
Meeting Rooms: build, maintain, and configure meeting rooms appliances.
Help Desk Ticketing System: log, solve, communicate with users to resolve raised tickets.
Willing to travel: Site Surveys, support of projects in remote areas whenever required.
Knowledge of Service Providers and Suppliers: Knowledge of sources and service providers who offer specific services based on our business requirements.
Time Management
Planning and Execution: Prepare plans to deliver projects with respect to timeline.
Knowledge of Installing the Following Applications: Windows OS, Anti-Virus, PDF Reader and editor, remote access agents.
Knowledge of M365 Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint
Knowledge of Servers: VMWare, Windows Server OS, storage, server hardware,…etc.
Knowledge of Backup solutions: solutions, periodic backups and images restore.
