Overview

IT Helpdesk is required for a training company

located in: Maadi
Working hours: from 9 AM to 5PM
Social Insurance.
Medical Insurance.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and help desk management.
 Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT specialist professional.
Strong expertise in:
 Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
 Proven leadership and team management skills.
 Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are highly desirable.
