Job Title:
IP- telephony Officer
Job Summary:
Have a knowledge enough of all UC such as Call center/IP-telephony
support and maintenance.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
·         Maintain, Monitor and repair UC services ( such as Contact
Center, IP telephony and Rightfax)
·         Give support for end-user.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
        * IT Diploma degree or Higher
        * Certification from Cisco or similar IP Telephony vendors
        * 2 years working experience with “Contact/call  center and
Ip-Telephony system”
        * VoIP knowledge is a must
        * Excellent oral and written communications skills
        * Service oriented and work easily with users and IT management

·         Knowledge on VoIP.
·          SIP systems
