Responsibilities:
Excute a complete recruitment and selection processes.
implement and oversee HR policies .
Monitor employee performance and support organization development plans.
Prepare and manage employee payroll.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of HR experience.
Proven experience in payroll preparation and HR systems.
Proven experience in hospitals "healthcare sector" is *MUST*.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
