Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles across different departments.
Focus on employer branding and enhancing the company’s image in the market.
Understand the best strategies for identifying and attracting the right candidates.
Engage in proactive sourcing and networking to build talent pipelines.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and maintain a positive candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For:
 Passion for HR and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
 A proactive, sociable, and energetic personality who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
 Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR within the UAE.
 Ability to understand the nuances of the local job market and attract top talent.
 A willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills.
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000/month
