HR Operations Section Head

Location: Downtown, Cairo
Sector: Pharmaceutical, Retail

Job Summary:
The HR Operations Section Head will oversee payroll and personnel functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role will be pivotal in enhancing our HR operations, streamlining processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications Required:
    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 Minimum of eight years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and personnel management.
 Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.)
   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
