Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing recruitment, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies to support business goals.
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Oversee employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
Implement performance management and employee development programs.
Ensure legal compliance and maintain employee records.
Develop and monitor HR budgets and reports.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Advise management on human capital issues and workforce planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR management.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience with HR software and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
Experience at least 7+ years in real estate field.
