Ericsson RAN Integration Lead (Riyadh, KSA)
 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite, Full-time)

 Role Overview:
We are hiring an Ericsson RAN Integration Lead to oversee network integration, feature rollout, and automation. This role involves leading integration teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and driving automation for efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:
 SW Preparation & Upgrade Execution – Perform software upgrades across the network using Ericsson tools (ASU, FNI).
 Feature Activation & KPI Analysis – Prepare and execute new RAN features, analyzing pre/post-KPI impact.
 Network Integration & Troubleshooting – Build LLDs, MOPs, and resolve integration-related issues.
 Automation & Efficiency – Push automation solutions to optimize integration cost and processes.
 Project Tracking & Coordination – Maintain delivery trackers, support CPMs in rollout planning, and ensure on-time execution.
 Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide new engineers, assign tasks strategically, and monitor quality assurance.
 Acceptance & PAT Compliance – Ensure First Time Right (FTR) execution to avoid acceptance delays.

 Requirements:
 University degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
 6+ years of Ericsson RAN Integration experience.
 Expert in 5G & 4G integration (Basic 2G & 3G knowledge required).
 Experience leading integration teams (3+ years, 1500+ nodes per project).
 Strong knowledge of Ericsson automation tools & integration methods.
 Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint).
 Leadership & presentation skills are essential.
 Programming knowledge is a plus
