Melano pharma Company is looking for a talented and creative E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.
Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing website content, managing product listings, driving online sales, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.
Strong understanding of online sales strategies, e-commerce platforms, and SEO.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
Optimize product content for SEO to improve search rankings and online visibility.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute online promotions, email campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives.
Monitor website analytics and sales data, generating regular performance reports and insights.
Identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase sales.
Handle customer service inquiries related to e-commerce transactions.
Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, platform updates (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon), and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product imagery and promotions.
Understanding of payment gateways, logistics integration, and customer service best practices.
Working Hours: from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday
2 days off
Work status: indoor.
