We are currently looking for Corporate and Agency Travel Call / Sales Agents to be based in our Riyadh office.
Responsibilities
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Outbound prospecting calls to identify potential clients in corporate and agencies market sectors
Answer inbound corporate and agencies client inquiries
Tickets issue, reissue, refund, revalidation on GDS
Modifying the existing booking as per client's request
Ensure compliance with Company procedures - documentation, ticketing, EMD, Voids and refunds
Arranging car transfers for clients
Keeping clients up to date about change in the corporate deals, procedures etc.
Qualifications
2+ years of Call/Sales Agent experience required, 2+ years of Travel Call/Sales Agent experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelors degree in any discipline preferred
Professional communication skills
A high standard of work ethic
Strong focus on client customer service and outbound prospecting
