- Configurations Manager (SAUDIS ONLY)
Responsibilities:
- Establish the proper SLAs for optimal customer complaint experience and ensure smooth service delivery method.
- Achieve Strategic KPIs (SLA, open tickets, total cycle) by working closely with internal team.
- Maintain and improve the quality of the service
Oversee the daily operations and ensure the required SLAs are met.
- Ensure the division compliance with the code of conduct.
Qualification:
- Engineering / Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in People Management (Call Center background)
- High level of communication skills.
